How reliable are the products sold through securebessie.com?
Currently, securebessie is partnered with SABRERED and stocks only their essential personal safety products. SABRERED has a 40+ year track record and has the best 3rd party endorsement that can be obtained: the ISO 9001:2008 Certification as well as the industry endorsement of “The Most Potent Defense Spray: P.G.R.A”. SABRERED’s products are test fired and checked for leakage before leaving the factory.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes! Payments are processed using Virtual Card Services (VCS), and all information is encrypted ensuring that no one else has access to your important information.
How long does shipping/delivery take?
Deliveries will take three to five working days from the date that you place your order.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all major centres: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders under R500, shipping is priced at R50. For orders that exceed R500, shipping is free.
How do I know where my parcel is once I’ve ordered it?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched to our courier, PARGO and you’ll be sent a tracking number via sms and you’ll be able to track the progress of your parcel. Alternatively, contact us to find out where your parcel is.
Can I order if I live outside of South Africa?
Currently we only deliver in South Africa. However, send us an email if you have a bulk purchase request and we will do our utmost to assist you.
What is the difference between Counter-to-Counter delivery and Door-to-Door delivery?
Choose counter-to-counter delivery to have your securebessie items delivered to the Clicks or PostNet nearest to you. If you choose this option, we’ll be in touch to confirm this with you. Our counter-to-counter partner is PARGO.
Choose door-to-door delivery to have your securebessie items delivered to the address you indicated for shipping i.e. either at home or your office.
What do I do if I don’t receive my parcel?
If you don’t receive your parcel after 5 working days, contact us and we’ll assist you immediately.
What if I need to return a product?
Note we have a seven day returns policy: Should you have a good reason to return a product purchased off the site within that time frame, please send us an email with the reason for the return and we’ll ask you to return it to the pick-up point that you collected it from. Should the reason be due to a fault with the product, we will contact our supplier to ask for a refund that will be payable back to you.
